| WHY WE'RE HERE! | |
| ConcertsForKids
is a list-serve for everyone involved or interested in classical
music concerts for young audiences. Our list includes conductors,
orchestra administrators, composers, teachers, librarians, and others,
from around the world. Our reasons for being here vary, but we all care about presenting classical music to the next generation of concertgoers. Discussion topics are likely to include musical repertory, outreach and recruiting audiences, music education, business aspects of concerts, and any other concerns or interests related to presenting classical music to children and teens.

| HOUSE RULES | |
| We
are an unmoderated group (except that new members are superficially
screened to avoid spammers).
All opinions are encouraged, but please keep disagreements constructive to create a welcome environment for each other. The list server does not allow attachments; this makes us virus-proof. If you want to share files or documents, we're glad to put them on the Resources page for everyone to access. There are a lot of exciting and experienced list members, and we've got a common interest and goal, so don't be shy about writing email to the group. Let's make this list a great resource for ourselves and each other! It is fine to send announcements of a self-promotional nature, as long as they're relevant to ConcertsForKids.
